General-purpose strong water-based acrylic adhesive.

Adhesive performance

This adhesive is characterized by high initial tack and excellent adhesion on a wide variety of dry surfaces including cardboard and corrugated cardboards. It shows excellent adhesion on slightly chilled surfaces. The composition, temperature and contamination of the surface can affect the adhesion so preliminary tests are recommended.

Adhesive performance

This adhesive is characterized by high initial tack and excellent adhesion on a wide variety of surfaces. It shows excellent adhesion also on slightly chilled surfaces. Not suitable for labelling plasticised PVC surfaces. Heat resistance is weaker compared with dispersion adhesives.

Permanent water-based, water removable acrylic adhesive.

Adhesive performance

This is a wash off type permanent adhesive, which can be used for a wide range of purposes, even on damp or wet surfaces. The adhesive is not water soluble, but becomes removable when soaked in water, leaving no residue on the surface. As it remains on the label, it does not contaminate the rinsing-water. It is necessary to add 2-3% caustic soda to the 70 °C water. The time required for the label to become removable depends on the temperature of the water and the absorption capability of the surface. The composition, temperature and contamination of the surface can affect the adhesion so preliminary tests are recommended.

General purpose heat resistant, permanent water-based acrylic adhesive.

Adhesive performance

The adhesive is characterized by good initial tack, excellent adhesion on a wide variety of surfaces. Specially developed for photocopier and laser-printer suitability. It has an excellent cohesion preventing any adhesive bleeding. Non migrating and exceptionally heat resistant (up to 250 °C for very short periods). On different type of corrugated cardboards preliminary tests are recommended.

Adhesive performance

The adhesive is characterized by good initial tack. The composition, temperature and contamination of the surface can affect the adhesion so preliminary tests are recommended. This adhesive is not suitable for labelling glass, curved surfaces and also PVC surfaces, which contain plasticizers.

Removable, strong formulated water-based acrylic adhesive with foil face material.

Adhesive performance

The adhesive is characterized by good initial tack and adhesion with long-term removability with different foil face material for example: PE, BOPP. Suitable also for labelling plastic surfaces. The composition, temperature and contamination of the surface can affect the adhesion so preliminary tests are recommended. 323 RSB is not suitable for labelling PVC surfaces, which contain plasticizers.

This adhesive is suitable for labelling hot, slowly cooling surfaces (up to cc. 80 ºC) without impairing the adhesive.
